It is always helpful to know, at a glance, what’s going on in your media plan. A calendar that shows all media, in relation to each other and to variouis promotions, can make project planning much easier. Even those employees not directly involved in advertising should be aware of the media buy, as the timing will certainly affect other projects and deadlines.
