Design Portfolio

The first phase of my marketing career involved the development of marketing materials, chiefly printed collateral, direct mail and bill inserts. For several years I was involved with every aspect of these programs. For each of the pieces shown below, I was directly responsible for:

  • Estimating, budgeting and accrual
  • All research with appropriate product, pricing and loyalty managers
  • Writing and editing of copy
  • Purchase of photography and other artwork
  • Layout and design
  • Pre-press planning
  • Print purchase and, when necessay;
  • Mail house and data management

One of my favorite stories about a printed piece does not have a picture to go with it. Nevertheless, the story involves saving more than $1 million, so here it is.
